Marakon was founded in 1978 by an economist and two investment bankers with the idea that combining innovations in investment management with developments in the emerging field of strategic management could help executives more effectively manage their businesses.

Marakon grew from a specialist boutique into a leading strategy advisor, broadening its offer and building a network of offices in the US, Europe and Asia that enabled them to serve the needs of global companies.

Integrated Finance Limited was founded in 2002 by Peter Hancock, Roberto Mendoza and Robert Merton. IFL’s global financial advisory firm focused on integrating world-class financial capabilities with financial technology in four product areas: strategic risk management, transaction advice, financial products and investment and fund management.

Strategic Risk Management: Identifies and offsets financial risks facing corporations
Transaction Advisory Services: Provides M&A advisory and equity transaction support for large companies
Scalable Financial Products: Combines risk management and financial expertise to bring new financial products to the market. E.g., SmartNest allows companies to reduce pension plan costs with low-risk solutions to employees
